PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lubricating device making lubricating oil reach a device to be lubricated even if lubricating oil supply pressure is low without causing an increase in energy consumption. SOLUTION: A supply passage 11 is partitioned on the inner peripheral surface of an inner tube 17 and guides compressed air. A flow passage 12 is partitioned between the outer peripheral surface of the inner tube 17 and the inner peripheral surface of an outer tube 16, and guides lubricating oil 9. An air supply hole 13 is arranged in the inner tube 17, allows the supply passage 11 to communicate with the flow passage 12, and supplies the compressed air into the lubricating oil. An injection hole 14 is arranged in the outer tube 16, allows the flow passage 12 to communicate with the outside, and makes the lubricating oil 9 and compressed air supplied from the air supply hole 13 flow out of the outside. A compressed air supply section supplies the compressed air to the supply passage 11, the compressed air having higher pressure than an upper limit of supply pressure to the flow passage 12 of the lubricating oil 9 supplied to the flow passage 12 with no compressed air supplied to the supply passage 11 and led to flow out of the injection hole 13 in a dropping manner.
