PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an implement for burying a material in a groove to improve soil, which does not need to load the material on the implement, can work only with the power of a traction work machine, can adjust the amount of the soil-improving material used, a burying distance, and a burying depth, minimizes the disturbance of soil, and has high workability and low cost. SOLUTION: There is provided the implement for burying a material in a groove which is pulled by a work vehicle and is used for cut soil into a soil block having an inverted trapezoidal cross-section by a soil-cutting support 20B traveling in the target soil, a side space-holding plate 20C having a soil-cutting blade, and a soil block-lifting slide plate 20D, supporting the soil block by the slide plate 20D and the holding plate 20C, simultaneously obliquely upward lifting the soil block by the slide plate 20D along the support 20B, forming a side cavity on the back side of the holding plate 20C, forming a bottom cavity below the slide plate 20D, dropping and charging an arranging material laid on the surface of the soil into the cavities by a material-collecting and charging machine, and then returning the soil block into the cavities, thereby, charging the material into the soil to form an L-shaped vertical groove.
