PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pharmaceutical formulation orally administrable of one or a plurality of active pharmaceutical ingredients (API) for providing quick oral intake. SOLUTION: There are provided a pharmaceutical formulation containing one or a plurality of APIs suitable for oral intake and cacao powder, a method for producing the formulation and use of the formulation for therapy. As the APIs, eletriptan, terbutaline sulfate, triazolam, maleic acid chlorophenylamine, dextropropoxyphene, famotidine, metoclopramide, nitroglycerin, hydralazine, rosiglitazone maleate, indomethacin, baclofen, caffeine, timolol maleate, noscapine, dextromethorphan and the like are preferable.
