<p>A thin-film photovoltaic cell with external electric source (1.8-8) that provides electric field effect is provided, wherein the thin-film photovoltaic cell comprises a transparent conductive film (1.1-1) and a back electrode layer (1.4-4) used as output electrode, the transparent conductive film (1.1-1) is also used as electric field surface electrode, an electric field substrate electrode (1.7-7) is formed below the back electrode layer (1.4-4), an insulating layer (1.6-6) is arranged between the electric field substrate electrode (1.7-7) and the back electrode layer (1.4-4), the electric field substrate electrode (1.7-7) and the back electrode layer(1.4-4) are electrically isolated from each other by the insulating layer (1.6-6). The external electric source (1.8-8) is arranged between the electric field surface electrode and electric field substrate electrode (1.7-7). The thin-film photovoltaic cell has high open circuit voltage, high maximum output power, and high conversion efficiency.</p> |
