PURPOSE: A controller blocking the standby power of an ubiquitous is provided to minimize the loss of a no load through change of capacity of a simple current transformer. CONSTITUTION: In a controller blocking the standby power of an ubiquitous, a phase input unit receives power line through a phase-current transformer. The phase input unit branches a power line and outputs the branched power line to a matrix unit. An output line is inputted to a circuit breaker which is arranged in a load. The matrix unit selects an input line and an output line through a magnet switch. A main controller connects the circuit breaker to the phase input unit. A control server receives the current information of a load current transformer. The control server controls a min controller from a remote place.
