PURPOSE: A solar light electricity generating device and manufacturing method thereof are provided to wirelessly manipulate movement of a mask, thereby consecutively forming a rear electrode layer, a light absorbing layer, and a window layer by a one time vacuum process. CONSTITUTION: A rear electrode layer including a first pattern area is formed on a support substrate(100) using a mask(10). The mask comprises a mask frame(11), a first mask pattern(12), and a second mask pattern(13). The mask is relatively moved for the support substrate. A light absorbing layer including a second pattern area is formed on the rear electrode layer using the mask. The mask is relatively moved for the support substrate again. The window layer including a third pattern area is formed on the light absorbing layer. |
