PURPOSE: A film containing PDE5 inhibitor of high content is provided to ensure high film formation level and solubility. CONSTITUTION: A film for treating impotence contains 30-75 weight% of phosphodiesterase type 5(PDE5) inhibitor and 20-60 weight% of hydroxypropylcellulose as a base for film formation. The PDC5 inhibitor is sildenafil, vardenafil, tadalafil, udenafil, pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof, or mixture. The film also contains 0.2-5 weight% of tackifier, 0.5-5 weight% of emulsifier, and remaining amount of sweetener, perfume, or mixture thereof.
