<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a house evaluation calculation processor capable of performing efficient evaluation calculation processing by minimizing a score item input operation to be repeated for each section of every house and a correction input operation to be repeated for every correction item of every score of each section of each house. <P>SOLUTION: Scores of respective sections of a house are read from a score correction pattern file, and additional sections are extracted from floor plan data per section, and quantities necessary for evaluation calculation are calculated, and additional shape data, the scores, and the quantities are stored in a drawing data file in association with each other. When score calculation is performed from the analysis result of a drawing, score corrections of respective sections of the house are read from the score correction pattern file again, and pertinent sections are extracted out of the calculation data, and each correction is applied to perform score calculation. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT |
