<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a power supply device and a means therefor, capable of making a decision as to weld of a positive contactor and a negative contactor in a short period of time with a simple circuit configuration without performing an open/close operation of the positive contactor and the negative contactor which connect a power supply and a load. <P>SOLUTION: While contactors 2, 3, and 4 are in an open state, a voltage which is higher than 0 but lower than a voltage of a power supply 1 is applied to a capacitor 7, and thereby a control unit 6 decides as to weld of the positive electrode contactor 2, or a precharge contactor 4, and the negative electrode contactor 3 using a detection result of a voltage V1. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT |
