<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a photoelectric conversion device that functions as a photoelectric conversion device when applied to the photoelectric conversion device, has a small dark current, and can make an amplification width of the dark current small even when the device is subjected to a heat treatment, and to provide an imaging device including such a photoelectric conversion device. <P>SOLUTION: The photoelectric conversion device comprising a transparent electrically conductive film, a photoelectric conversion film and an electrically conductive film in this order, wherein the photoelectric conversion film comprises a photoelectric conversion layer, and an electron blocking layer, wherein the electron blocking layer contains a compound represented by formula (F-2), the compound represented by formula (F-2) having a substituted amino group having three or more ring structures as a substituent. In formula (F-2), R<SB>21</SB>'s each independently represents a halogen atom, an alkyl group, an aryl group, a heterocyclic group, a hydroxyl group, an amino group, or a mercapto group, and they may further have a substituent. R<SB>22</SB>, R'<SB>22</SB>, R''<SB>22</SB>, R<SB>29</SB>and R'<SB>29</SB>each independently represents a hydrogen atom, a halogen atom, an alkyl group, an aryl group, a heterocyclic group, a hydroxyl group, an amino group, or a mercapto group, and they may further have a substituent. Here, at least one of R<SB>22</SB>, R'<SB>22</SB>and R''<SB>22</SB>represents a substituted amino group having three or more ring structures. Then m2's each independently represents an integer of 0 to 3. When a plurality of R<SB>21</SB>'s are present in formula (F-2), the plurality of R<SB>21</SB>'s may be different from each other.
