PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a simple mechanism for pressurizing and circulating an incubation fluid supplied to a subject being incubated. SOLUTION: There is disclosed a pressurizing and circulating incubation device which is provided with a containing unit (incubation chamber unit 7), a pressure transmission unit (8), and an incubation fluid circulation path (incubation circuit 30). The containing unit is a means to accumulate an incubation fluid (14) and to contain a subject being incubated (62). The pressure transmission unit is a means which communicates with the containing unit and transmits external pressure to the incubation fluid. The incubation fluid circulation path is a means which is connected to the containing unit via the pressure transmission unit and circulates the incubation fluid to the containing unit via the pressure transmission unit. Thus, the external pressure is applied to the incubation fluid via the pressure transmission unit, enabling pressurization to the subject being incubated contained in the containing unit and circulation of the incubation fluid contained in the containing unit.
