PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an imaging apparatus and an imaging processing method, with which color settings (settings of saturation, hue and the like) in image quality settings can be visually recognized with ease. SOLUTION: A CCD1 signal-processing block (104-1) and a CCD2 signal-processing block (104-2) perform white balance (WB) processing, gamma (γ) correction processing, interpolation processing, YCbCr conversion processing, color correction processing, edge emphasis processing and the like. When a user is requesting selection of a specific color or is requesting color correction setting processing after the request, dedicated through-images are displayed and the user is caused to operate an operating key unit 110 to implement the selection of the specific color or a change of a color correction-setting value.
