PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a recycling system capable of reutilizing garbage or the like from a restaurant, a supermarket, a home or the like as biomass resources with high reliability. SOLUTION: The composter 1 arranged on the side of a discharge person is a means for composting food waste such as garbage or the like to process the same into biomass resources 5 and has a primary processing means equipped with a container 2 for housing and recovering the biomass resources 5, a first communication means for detecting that the biomass resources 5 becomes a predetermined amount to report the same to a recovery center 24, a second communication means for allowing the recovery center 24 to inform a recovery vehicle 21 of a recovery place and a recovery amount and a secondary processing means for processing the biomass resources 5 recovered by the recovery vehicle 21 into organic fertilizer.
