PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To facilitate tilting a fixed contact of an electromagnetic relay device against a movable contact. SOLUTION: A contact part 4 of the electromagnetic relay device includes a fixed contact platy member 41 having a fixed contact 43, and a movable contact platy member 42 which moves together with a movement of an armature 25 and has a movable contact 44 opposed to the fixed contact 43. The fixed contact platy member 41 includes a bent part 412 bent in a direction where the fixed contact 43 and the movable contact 44 are separated apart with a bent line 411 between the fixed contact 43 and a base member 1 interposed, and a bent part 414 which is bent in a direction where the fixed 43 and the movable contact 44 draw near with the bent line 413 between the fixed contact 43 and the bent line 411 interposed and, moreover, is so bent that the fixed contact 43 and the movable contact 44 are opposed in inclination.
