SEAL RING FOR ROLLING BEARING AND ROLLING BEARING WITH SEAL RING

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a rolling bearing with a seal ring having less rotating resistance and excellent sealing performance without deteriorating the yield of the seal ring. SOLUTION: The seal ring 8a has a circular core metal 9a and a circular elastic material 10a reinforced by the core metal 9a. The inner circumferential edge of the elastic material 10a is protruded inward in the radial direction from the inner circumferential edge of the core metal 9a to form a seal lip 12a. The seal lip 12a has a thin-wall part 13a of an outside diameter side half portion and a head part 14a which exists in the inner diameter side half portion and whose wall is thicker than the thin-wall part 13a.
