PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a plant cultivation/appreciation device enabling three-dimensional cultivation/appreciation of various kinds of plants. SOLUTION: The plant cultivation/appreciation device includes: a shape-retaining cylindrical body portion 2 the peripheral surface of which has a plurality of windows 3, and in the inside of which can house soil 5; and cover members 4 formed behind the respective windows 3. The cover members 4 are each structured so that the soil 5 housed in the body portion 2 is blocked up so as not to spill out from the windows 3, and the lower edge part of the cover member is apart backward from the window 3 so as to form a soil-exposure surface 5a below the window 3.
