PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an contamination preventive filter reducing contamination of hands in replacement. SOLUTION: A range hood filter 1A serving as the contamination preventive filter is formed of a sheet material and attached/detached to/from an air feed/exhaust port. The range hood filter 1A includes an air ventilating filtering part 2 for collecting substances causing contamination and gripping parts 3 gripped at attachment and detachment. The gripping parts 3 are set to outer side both ends 1a and/or both side parts 1b of the range hood filter 1A being edge parts at the outer side of the filter part 2.
