PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To stably and steadily fix a repairing waterproof sheet without damaging a waterproof substrate. SOLUTION: This method for repairing a waterproof layer is used to repair the waterproof layer P1 in which a waterproof sheet 4 is fixed with an adhesive onto a top surface of a waterproof sheet fixing bracket 3 fixed on the waterproof substrate 2. A plate 10 for fixing the repairing waterproof sheet 9 is placed in a position to overlap the waterproof sheet fixing bracket 3 on the fixing portion of the waterproof sheet 4, the waterproof sheet fixing bracket 3 and the fixing plate 10 are mechanically connected together, and a new waterproof layer is formed by fixing the repairing waterproof sheet 9 to a top surface of the fixing plate 10 with the adhesive.
