PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cellphone, an acquisition method for a template and a program, allowing exertion of originality by varying of a user even in the same machine type. SOLUTION: The cellphone 50 includes: a wireless communication part 41 performing at least one of transmission and reception of an electronic mail; a storage part 30 storing prescribed information; and a control part 20 counting a frequency of the transmission or the reception of the electronic mail performed with at least one of the transmission and the reception through the wireless communication part 41, distinguishing whether the frequency becomes a preset prescribed frequency or above, reading a template file from the storage part 30 on the condition that the frequency becomes the prescribed frequency or above, and storing it into a template folder 32 to allow use the template corresponding to the template file in the cellphone 50.
