PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a content management technology allowing a start of a USB application or the like from a desired file folder at any time. SOLUTION: When starting the USB application in step S11, device selection priority of a device selection information management file is referred to in step S12. In step S13, a device having the highest device selection priority is selected. In step S14, a path of a folder information management file of the selected device is referred to. In step S15, the file folder having a highest file folder priority of the folder management information file is selected. In step S16, processing of the file folder selected in step S15 is ended.
