PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prepare drawing data of a design target area according to purpose by using layout data of a design target prepared by CAD. SOLUTION: An area specification part 109 reads the layout data of the design target prepared by the CAD from a storage part 104, and specifies a drawing preparation area in the layout data. A cell generation part 110 lumps a plurality of layout elements having the same function and arranged continuously among layout data in the drawing preparation area specified by the area specification part 109, and generates the specification area graphic cell by replacing the lumped layout elements with an outer frame cell which is a contour of the lumped layout elements. A drawing creation part 111 prepares the drawing data of the drawing preparation area by arranging the specification area graphic cell in a drawing pasteboard cell. COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT
