PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To maintain visibility of provided information in daytime and to produce color rendering properties in providing the provided information at night by easily carrying out a change workpiece of a display medium, and changing a content of the providing information of the display medium at any time without investing immense capital in social infrastructure maintenance. SOLUTION: The display medium having a plurality of providing information regions including an organic EL sheet, arranged thereon, is wound and held in a form of a roll, and also is held on a medium holding part in which the pulled display medium is rewound, on a base part attached to an electric pole. The medium holding part is held on a lifting and lowering body with a projector, and the lifting and lowering body is lifted. A desired provided information region appears in daytime, and image data received from a host computer is displayed by making the organic EL sheet appear in night. COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT
