PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide carbon dioxide reduction device having a humidification function, an air conditioning function and a warm air heating function by using water and electric power, and exhibiting cost-effectiveness. SOLUTION: This invention has the humidification function, the air conditioning function and the warm air heating function, and is effective, and can be used throughout the year not only limited to the winter season.
