PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve handling relating to storing dishes and to enhance washing performance. SOLUTION: A dishwasher includes: a washing tub 1 opening upward; a body 2 for storing the washing tub 1 so as to be horizontally drawn out; a lower basket 3 for holding the dishes in a lower part of the washing tub 1; a first upper basket 4 for holding the dishes in an upper part of the washing tub 1 and for horizontally moving; a second upper basket 5 removably connected to the first upper basket 4; and a washing means 6 for spouting washing water to the dishes.
