The arrangement has a seal including rigid plates (12, 14) and a flexible sealing material (13) that is arranged between the plates. One of the plates is provided with a threaded shaft (17) that perpendicularly enters through the sealing material and another plate. A nut (18) is screwed on the shaft and tightened against the latter plate such that the seal is fixed due to transverse pressing of the sealing material into an opening (11). Electrical conductors (15, 16) are fixed in the seal, and the threaded shaft includes a longitudinal channel (19) that is closed by a detachable cap (20).
