A unified message scheduling system, a service message notification method and system are provided by the present invention. The service message notification method includes the following steps: a control module in the unified message scheduling system receives a unified message from a service system, and forwards the unified message to the corresponding execution module in the unified message scheduling system according to the type parameter of the unified message; the execution module processes the unified message and constructs a standard message according to the unified message parameter, and sends the standard message to the corresponding service gateway or server. The unified message scheduling system, which includes the control module and the execution module, is used for scheduling messages between the service system and the service gateway or server. The present invention can perform centralized management of the service message notification and reduce the networking complexity, and can realize smooth expansion in the case of not interrupting the system operation and improve the stability and scalability of the service system greatly.
