<p>PURPOSE: A heat transport device, a manufacturing method thereof, and an electronic apparatus are provided to manufacture the heat transport device with excellent workability in a short time and to improve heat transport performance. CONSTITUTION: A heat transport device comprises working fluid, a capillary tube member(205), and a container(1). The working fluid transmits heat through a phase change. The capillary tube member applies capillary force to the working fluid. The capillary tube member has first and second mesh members(207,208). The first mesh member has a first mesh with a first size. The second mesh member has a second mesh, which has a different size from the second mesh, and is bent to cover the first mesh member. The container accepts the working fluid and the capillary tube member.</p> |
