PURPOSE: A reference signal transmission method and apparatus thereof are provided to maximize the demodulation of the control used for backhaul link and a data channel. CONSTITUTION: An RF(Radio Frequency) transmission unit transmits a data packet through a downlink channel. A controller(1809) allocates control information and data to the resource element of a data packet. The controller controls the RF transmission unit and a transmission antenna in order to transmit the data packet. The controller allocates DRS(Dedicated Reference Signal) to a symbol of a reception node except for guard time.
