PURPOSE: A negative level shifter is provided to change the voltage level of an input signal by using a level shifting circuit of one stage. CONSTITUTION: A voltage selector(110) applies a first voltage to a first node and a second voltage to a second node at a first section in response to a control signal. The voltage selector applies a third voltage to the first node and a fourth voltage to a second node at a second section. At least one voltage level converter(150) is connected to the first node and the second node. The voltage level converter converts the voltage level of the input signal by using the voltages of the first and second nodes. |
