LIPOSOME WHICH ENCAPSULATES OXAZOLIDIN-2-ONE COMPOUND

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a new cosmetic agent containing liposomes each of which has at least one wall formed from a bilayer of amphipathic lipids.

SOLUTION: Each liposome contains 4-substituted oxazolidin-2-one compound of formula (I) (wherein substituent R is a 4-30C linear or branched saturated or unsaturated hydrocarbon chain). A cosmetic agent containing such liposomes can be incorporated in a cosmetic or dermatologic composition for providing skin care.
