PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To increase cooling efficiency of an iron core where a coil is wound in a static induction electrical apparatus. SOLUTION: An insulating paper 13 consisting of a polyimide film all over whose surface a non-solvent insulating adhesive layer 14 is formed is wound about an iron core 11 with a cross-sectional circular shape on which an involute magnetic steel plate is radially laminated, whereupon an insulating conductor pipe 12 constituting a coil for applying AC voltage is wound, and refrigeration fluid is applied to the insulating conductor pipe. The polyimide film all over whose surface the non-solvent insulating adhesive layer 14 is formed is superior in thermal conductivity, and thus, the iron core is effectively cooled by the refrigeration fluid applied to the conductor pipe.
