PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a transmission case for a traveling vehicle that can improve sealing performance between case mating faces of divided cases while improving work efficiency. SOLUTION: The transmission case 3 for a tiller 1 (the traveling vehicle) is formed by combining a plurality of divided cases (left divided case 80 and right divided case 90) and provided with outward projected flanges 84, 94 by forming steps (steps 87, 97) in the separating direction of the mutually adjacent divided cases (the left divided case 80 and the right divided case 90) from outer peripheries of the case mating faces 83, 93 of the mutually adjacent divided cases (the left divided case 80 and the right divided case 90).
