PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a disk drive suspension that reliably makes a conductive plate member and a microactuator element conductive to each other by a conductive resin. SOLUTION: An element housing part 40 is formed in a conductive plate member 31 that is a part of the suspension. A microactuator element 32 made of a piezoelectric substance is arranged in the element housing part 40. A conductive resin 80 such as silver paste is provided in an area including conduction connection parts 81 and 82 for making the conductive plate member 31 and the microactuator element 32 conductive to each other. A pit 90 having a recess formed by half-etching is provided in the connection part 81 of the conductive plate member 31. A part of the conductive resin 80 enters the pit 90, and a part of the outer periphery 100 of the conductive resin 80 is located inside the edge 101 of the pit 90.
