PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem that organic tubes using a commercially available long chain unsaturated fatty acid inevitably containing a polyunsaturated fatty acid having a plurality of easily auto-oxidizable carbon-carbon double bonds in the molecule are unstably and easily auto-oxidized, while organic tubes containing theβ-D-glucopyranosylamine long chain unsaturated fatty acid derivative are known, and to reduce the polyunsaturated acid structures contained in the organic tubes. SOLUTION: It has been found that an organic tube is obtained even in a state that the content of an unsaturated fatty acid derivative is reduced, when raw materials having a lauroyl group and a myristoyl group as saturated fatty acid resides, respectively, and a raw material having an oleoyl group as an unsaturated fatty acid group are combined with each other in a specific composition, and a composition used for organic tubes and minimized in the ratio of the polyunsaturated fatty acid residues therein has thereby been completed.
