PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rotary drum game machine, improved in game property by performing continuous lottery of an additive function being currently execution. SOLUTION: The rotary drum game machine 1 includes: a start lottery instrument 200 which performs lottery related to execution start of an additive function; a start winning pattern setting instrument 200 which sets a predetermined pattern combination as a start winning pattern for the additive function; an additive function starter 200 which starts the additive function when a result of lottery shows execution start of the additive function and the start winning pattern is stop-displayed; and a re-execution lottery instrument 200 which executes, when the additive function is terminated, lottery related to re-execution of the additive function. When a result of lottery by the re-execution lottery instrument 200 shows the re-execution, the additive function starter 200 starts execution of the additive function when a pattern combination corresponding to a specific winning pattern is stop-displayed after the execution of the additive function is terminated.
