PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a holding device for certainly and simply holding an ornament decorated on an entrance, such as a New Year's decoration, when a place of decoration such as a front door is made of steel. SOLUTION: The ornament holding device includes a magnet, a holder for storing the magnet, and a needle which protrudes perpendicularly from the center of the holder. In the ornament holding device, the length of the needle is 15 mm or more, a periphery of the holder is slanted towards the center of an adhesive face, and recesses and protrusions for preventing slip are formed on a holder side of the needle.
