PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a paper delivery device improving the arranging performance of printing paper, while restraining complication of a structure. SOLUTION: This paper delivery device 1 includes a paper delivery tray 2 for loading the printing paper PA, paper delivery rollers 6a and 6b for delivering the printing paper PA to the paper delivery tray 2, and a control unit 11 for controlling the paper delivery rollers 6a and 6b. The control part 11 controls the paper delivery speed V of the printing paper PA delivered on the paper delivery rollers 6a and 6b based on the number of printing paper PA loaded on the paper delivery tray 2.
