摘要 <p>A laser processing gas-melt ratio detection device comprises a light source (1), a first optical lens group (2), a second optical lens group (10), a slit(3), a first steering reflector (4), a second steering reflector(8), a first main reflector (5), a second main reflector (7), a glass container (6), a research object (D), a color knife edge (9) and a high-speed recorder analyzer (11).The first main reflector (5) and the second main reflector (7) are symmetrically arranged at two ends of the glass container (6).The first optical lens group (2) is located between the light source (1) and the slit (3). The second optical lens group (10) is located between the color knife edge (9) and the high-speed recorder analyzer (11). The first steering reflector (4) is located behind the slit (3). The second steering reflector (8) is located between the second main reflector (7) and the color knife edge (9). When the laser is used for processing, the state of processing gasification material is generated. The signals of the state are transmitted to the high-speed recorder analyzer (11) via the second main reflector (7), the second steering reflector (8) and the color knife edge (9). The gasification material states information of different moments are obtained by the high-speed recorder analyzer (11), thus assisting a precise weighing method to obtain the gas-melt ratio.</p>
