<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce cost and burdens required for inspecting an elctronic component. <P>SOLUTION: The component inspection device 110 includes a holding part 7 for holding a component P, and an imaging part 9 for imaging the component, and inspects displacement of the component from the center of the holding part by an imaging image shot by the imaging part. In the component inspection device, the imaging part includes: a pixel data determination means 13 to capture a plurality of images having different distances to the component, and determining focused pixel data in pixels at the same location out of the plurality of shot imaging images; a distance data determination means 13 to determine the distances between the imaging parts and the component when the respective determined pixel data have been shot, on a pixel data basis; a storage means 13d to store a permissible value of the distance from a virtual line or virtual plane of a predetermined part of the component obtained from the distance data; and a determination means 13 to determine whether the distance from the virtual line or virtual plane of the predetermined part of the component exceeds the permissible value stored in the storage means. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT</p> |
