PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve problems on conventional technology that it requires a long time for a process in applying agent or fertilizer to seedling, requires to extend a supporting member of a feeder (a guiding member in lateral movement) in a lateral direction and set a length at the width of the seedling tray or longer, consequently travelling distance naturally elongates by size increase, and in conventional technology the seedling tray and the feeder move in the lateral direction to a machine body in an integral state consequently the fluctuation of the center of gravity position of the machine increases and lateral balance of the machine becomes unstable and the machine lacks in travelling stability. SOLUTION: In the seedling transplanter provided with a spraying apparatus (4) spraying agent or fertilizer, etc., to preliminary seedling passing over a supplementary seedling frame (50), the spraying apparatus (4) comprises a tank (4a) to be filled with the agent or the fertilizer, etc., a delivery part (4b) to deliver the agent or the fertilizer, etc., filling the tank (4a), a spraying opening (5) spraying the agent or the fertilizer, etc., delivered from the delivery part (4b).
