PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a faucet mounting structure that can effectively prevent the deformation of a faucet body even when the faucet body is made of resin. SOLUTION: The faucet mounting structure is adapted to fix the body 12 made of resin to a counter 20 by projecting a cylindrical peripheral wall part 18 of the body 12 with a valve cartridge 80 built inside, upward from the counter 20 and screwing a body fixing nut 26 to an external thread part 23 on the outer surface of a projecting part. A ring-like stopper 92 located on the outer peripheral side of the peripheral wall part 18 and radially abutting on the outer surface of the peripheral wall part 18 to regulate the expanding deformation of the peripheral wall part 18 is integrally formed at the body fixing nut 26, and the stopper 92 is provided in proximity to the outer surface of the peripheral wall part 18 in a smaller distance than a radial clearance between the external thread part 23 of the body 12 and an internal thread part 24 of the inner surface of the body fixing nut 26.
