PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a microfluid element that is formed by sequentially stacking a lower plate, a first upper plate fixed to the upper part of the lower plate, and a second upper plate that is inserted into a groove in the first upper plate and is movable, and easily and precisely controls flow of fluid only by moving of the second upper plate, and to provide a flow control method of fluid using the microfluid element. SOLUTION: There are provided a microfluid element and the flow control method of fluid using the microfluid element. The microfluid element includes the lower plate having a first channel, a first upper plate that is fixed and stacked on the upper part of the lower plate, has a groove in its upper part, and has a fluid inlet and fluid outlet formed at positions corresponding to both ends of the first channel, and a second upper plate that is inserted into the groove in the upper plate, is movable, and has a second channel, a hole connected to the right side end of the second channel, and a third channel connected to the right side of the hole that are sequentially formed.
