PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heat exchanger in which part as a supercooling section or a superheating section is thermally separated from the other part. SOLUTION: In this heat exchanger 10, a heat transfer fin 20 is completely divided by a first cut 21 and a second cut 22 intersecting with the first cut 21. The first cut 21 is formed before tube expansion processing, and the second cut 22 is formed after the tube expansion processing. The heat exchanger 10 is divided into the main heat exchanging section 10a, and auxiliary heat exchanging sections 10b, 10c by the second cut 22 after the tube expansion processing, blocking the movement of heat therebetween and suppressing the degradation in heat exchanging performance.
