PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for producing an activated carbon which suppresses a large sum of investment for facilities and is capable of producing large amount of the activated carbon and fuel by using a relatively simple device because there is attention to the activated carbon and fuel based on effective utilization of combustible wasted resource, and is capable of preserving nature and settling environmental problems.
