PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sunshade and rain cover tool for a bicycle which is easily mounted for easy and safe protection from the sun and rain in order to avoid one-handed driving due to an umbrella and remove a sense of discomfort caused by sweating of a body with too many clothes for avoiding ultraviolet light or with a raincoat in fine weather or rainy weather. SOLUTION: A material which does not transmit ultraviolet light and has excellent visibility is used in light of small rain and ultraviolet light during the summer and a wire is used for a frame to form a dome shape 1. The dome 1 covers and fixes the bicycle from above by using four columns 2a, 2b, 2c, and 2d to protect a body from drizzle and solar radiation. In case of rain, a sheet having excellent visibility and moisture-proof property covers the dome 1 from above the dome 1 to be fixed to the columns to prevent rain from ingress into the dome 1.
