PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technique capable of suppressing the decline of appearance quality even when a performance effect is increased. SOLUTION: The game machine includes a decorative member to be moved from a first position on a game board to a second position different from the first position, a left side arm and a right side arm for moving the decorative member by moving themselves while supporting the decorative member at the different parts of the decorative member respectively, a left side motor and a right side motor for driving each of the left side arm and the right side arm to move the decorative member, and a lamp control part for giving a driving instruction to the left side motor and the right side motor. When moving the decorative member to the second position, the lamp control part recognizes that all of the plurality of support parts of the decorative member supported by the left side arm and the right side arm are present at specified positions predetermined between the first position and the second position and then gives a specified driving instruction to each of the left side motor and the right side motor (step 707).
