PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a simulation device which simulates a system equipped with a processor at a high speed while maintaining accuracy. SOLUTION: The simulation device simulates a system equipped with the processor 1. In addition, the simulation device includes a command level simulation part 21 which simulates a latency computable operation by means of command-unit simulation, a logic level simulation part 22 which simulates a latency uncomputable operation in cycle units by means of command-unit simulation, and a resource management part 23 which is provided with a resource management table which stores information on time at which resources to be used become usable. The simulation device simulates the latency-uncomputable operation in the cycle units at the logic level simulation part 22 and notifies the resources management part of information on time at which the resources become usable on the basis of the result of the simulation.
