PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a precast steel pipe concrete composite pile and a manufacturing method therefor, which eliminate the need of on-site welding for anchoring deformed steel bars to the head of a pile, the steel bars being connected to the footing of an upper structure, and easily integrates the pile and the footing firmly together. SOLUTION: The precast steel pipe concrete composite pile 10 has the upper end equipped with a concrete cylinder 30 containing a plurarity of deformed steel bars 31 penetrating through the top end plate 21 of an outer shell steel pipe 12 to extend upward. The upward extending deformed steel bars 31 have extending portions long enough to be anchored to the footing of an upper structure. The extending portions are fitted with a separation auxiliary material 32 that prevents the extending portions from sticking to the concrete cylinder 30.
