Accordingly, the unvulcanized rubber member (37) is conveyed from the conveying end (47) of the liner (36) to the object (12) while being restricted by the outer peripheral surface (64a) of the winding roller (64). Consequently, even if vibration is applied to a conveying means (61) due to diagonal waving, the winding position and the wound form of the rubber member can be almost correctly maintained.</p> |
