PURPOSE: A noise preventing structure between floors of a building is provided to improve a soundproof function between floors since noise energy is converted into vibration energy by a membrane sheet and is dispersed. CONSTITUTION: A noise preventing structure between floors of a building comprises a membrane sheet(150), a first fixing member(111), a second fixing member(112), a sagging prevention member(120), a first guide rail, a second guide rail, a driving unit, and a controller. The membrane sheet is placed between an inter-floor structure and a ceiling. The membrane sheet is separated from the inter-floor slab and the ceiling. The first fixing member and the second fixing member fix both ends of the membrane sheet, respectively. The sagging prevention member contacts the membrane sheet without fixing. The first guide rail and the second guide rail are vertically placed on both walls inside the ceiling space. The driving unit vertically transfers the first fixing member and the second fixing member. |
